I met Kyle at a open house I was looking at, I wanted to place an offer on the house so I asked Kyle if he would be my realtor, I could not of chosen a better Realtor!

I placed my offer but was out bid, Kyle suggested that I submit a contract to be the back up. (something I would not of thought of). Kyle took me to see and offer on numerous homes, the market is very active so there were numerous offers on each home I offered on. Kyle always got back to me to schedule a home viewing when I sent him a home I was interested in seeing. Well the house I met him in became available after the buyers pulled out of the deal. He called me and asked me if I was still interested in it and I told him that I was, so he submitted my offer and it was accepted. Kyle walked me through the buying process making it a breeze, I met him at the house for the inspection and he pointed out what to look for during the inspection. My house closed in 27 days and Kyle handed me the keys to my new home! I would not have got this house if Kyle had not put me in for the back up offer. I am so grateful to Kyle for having the forethought to do that. And there was a gift waiting for me when I opened the door and went into my new home! And he had three delicious Pizza's delivered on Saturday night for my whole family! I would recommend Kyle to my family! Outstanding young man and Realtor!
